I’m Nicole Jarrell and I teach the two-day-per-week/three-day-per-week 3’s AM class. I have a BA in Elementary Education from Illinois State University and an MA in Instructional Strategies from Rockford University. Prior to teaching at Good Shepherd, I taught 3rd grade for 12 years in District 204.
My husband, Zak, and I have three sons; Owen, Eli, and Xavier and a daughter, Emerson. We also have a pet frog! I coach soccer and baseball, lead my daughter’s girl scout troop. I volunteer at my children’s schools and with the Children’s choir and youth programs at Wheatland Salem Methodist Church, where we are members. In my “spare” time, I love to read, do yoga, and play soccer. My favorite color is blue and I love chocolate and Spanish tapas.
