Registration Requirements
Our preschool program is for children who are 2 1/2 to 5 years old. Program selection is based on student age as of September 1st of the incoming school year. Classes meet September through May.
Children are admitted to Good Shepherd Preschool who:
are of any race, color, creed, or sex.
have completed the following forms: Application Form, Getting to Know You Form, Medical Form, Emergency Card, Consent Form and Articles of Agreement.
have had a physical examination dated no more than six months prior to the first day of school, fulfilling vaccines as required by Illinois Department of Public Health
have paid the non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 that is not applicable to tuition.
are toilet trained or are engaged in toilet training.
are at the stage of growth and development that enable them to benefit from the program.
Tuition & Fees
Families with more than one child enrolled in our program will receive a 10% discount on tuition for every child after the first one.
